Single Data Return user guides and forms
The Services for Tertiary Education Organisations (STEO) application has been replaced by DXP Ngā Kete.
Single Data Return (SDR) manuals and forms as well as general information about SDR, Indicative Data Collection (IND) and the Generic Enrolment form have moved to the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) website.
Step by step user guides for Registers (Qualifications, Courses and Delivery Sites) have also been moved and for viewing, uploading and submitting SDR, IND, Workforce Questionnaires and RS20s have moved to DXP Ngā Kete.
Previous years' Single Data Return user guides and forms are available below for a short time until they are moved to the TEC.
Generic enrolment form
The generic enrolment form 2025 has been updated to include the learner IRD number and other changes. To read a summary of updates and download the latest version, please go to the Tertiary Education Commission website.
