How to use the Attendance Service CMS

Required learning to gain access to the Attendance Service Case Management System

If you are an Attendance Service Provider (ASP) or if you have an In-School Provision (ISP) Workflow Lead or Case Manager role, to gain access to the Attendance Service Case Management System (Attendance Service CMS) you must:

1

Get an Education Sector Login (ESL)

The Delegated Authoriser (DA) in your organisation will help you get an ESL and request access for you to the Attendance Service CMS.

2

Complete an online learning module

The online learning module explains the basic features of Attendance Service CMS and how to handle student data safely. Once the request to access the Attendance Service CMS is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to the online learning module that shows you how to use the CMS. Follow the instructions in the email to log in to the Ministry’s Learning Management System using your ESL. To pass the online learning module, you need to answer a set number of questions correctly.
