How to get access to the Border Exceptions Application

Accessing the Border Exceptions application requires an Education Sector Login (ESL). If you already have an ESL account, you will need to have a copy of your ESL Username. If you do not have an ESL account, one will be created using the details provided.

Complete the required fields

 

Fill out the form using the instructions provided.

Please Note:

  • In Part 1 - If you already have an ESL account, you should enter your username in the Education Sector Login Username field.
  • In Part 1 - Fill in the Organisation/Service ID Number for the correct organisation to which the Border Exception application relates with your Licenced ECE Service number.
  • In Part 4 - Select the Border Exception Salesforce Knowledge role.

Return completed form

The completed form will need to be returned to the Education Service Desk for processing. Return instructions are included in the ESL 38 form.

Complete

Once the Service Desk has processed your application they will notify you that access has been added to your account or will send you an invite to create an ESL account.

Get the 'Salesforce Knowledge' ESL role added to your ESL account by the Delegated Authority at your school.
