For now, you can only apply for the Ongoing Resourcing Scheme and the School High Health Needs Fund online. For all other request types, continue to use the manual request forms found on your Regional office page.

As part of the application process, you’ll generate a PDF of your draft, then another PDF of your submitted application. If you need to review your submitted application later, follow the steps in this fact sheet.
