Guidance on how to use the online application for the Ongoing Resource Scheme (ORS) and School High Health Needs Fund (SHHNF) will be shared in late August 2026. 

This will include:

• A short, self-paced eLearn module

• A user guide with screen shots, stepping out key parts of the process. 

In the meantime, please continue to apply for ORS and SHHNF via the existing processes: Apply for the Ongoing Resourcing Scheme for school students - Ministry of Education

Apply for the School High Health Needs Fund - Ministry of Education

For all other request types, please continue to use the request forms found on the Ministry’s Regional office page.
