• Name and contact of the principal
• Name and contact of the applicant

We collect the personal information in order to provide staffing resource for structured literacy supports to schools in year 0-2.

We keep the information safe by using an application platform that has multiple security level protocols including multi factor authentication. Only authorised users will have access to the personal information.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
