You should contact the school’s Delegated Authoriser to have the PLD Lead role assigned to your ESL user account or to receive an email invitation for a new ESL user account (if you do not have one already). If you receive an e-mail invitation you will need to accept it.

Who is my Delegated Authoriser?

Your Delegated Authoriser is most likely the school principal or tumuaki.

There are a few ways to find out who your school Delegated Authoriser is. If you have an existing ESL account associated with your school:

• Log into ESL Self-service then click “My Delegated Authorisers” on the left-hand side
  ESL Self-service

If you do not have an ESL account associated with your school:

• check with a colleague
• contact the Education Service Desk.
   

Your school's ESL Delegated Authoriser will assign the PLD Lead role to you in the ESL Online Tool.

If you receive an e-mail invitation you will need to accept it.
