How to get access to SDP
Staff must use their own Education Sector Logon (ESL) with a valid Secure Data Portal Role to be able to access the Secure Data Portal.
For schools
Contact your school’s ESL Authoriser/Delegated Authoriser to have the appropriate role assigned to your ESL user account, or to receive an email invitation for a new ESL user account (if you do not have one).

If you are not sure who your ESL Authoriser/Delegated Authoriser(s) are then please check with a colleague, your principal or manager.
For early learning services
To access the Portal, your service’s Funding Contact needs to register and obtain a unique Education Sector Logon (ESL) user account. Your Funding Contact must also return an ESL39 Form to the ECE Operational Funding team, to gain access to the SDP.
