How to get access to ENROL
School Users request access to ENROL
Please contact your school’s Education Sector Login (ESL) Delegated Authoriser to have the appropriate role assigned to your ESL account, or to receive an email invitation for a new ESL user account (if you do not have one), follow the accept invite process.
ENROL Roles
Role Name | Description |
---|---|
School administrator | Allows a School administrator read and write functions (requires ENROL training) |
Principal read-only | Allows a School Principal read-only access (requires ENROL training) |
RTLB User (Cluster Manager Practice Leader) read-only | Allows a RTLB User (Cluster Manager Practice Leader) read-only access (requires ENROL training) |
If you are not sure who your ESL Authoriser Delegated Authoriser is then please check with a colleague, your principal or manager.
The Training Services Team will contact you about being trained on the ENROL system.
You must be trained before you can use ENROL.
Once this online training is completed the Education Service Desk will give you ENROL access via your own Education Sector Logon (ESL) user account.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Education Service Desk regarding your ESL user account being granted ENROL access.
DHB staff request access to ENROL
To get access to ENROL for a District Health Board Vision and Hearing Technician, download and fill in the DHB ENROL Request Form for ENROL access.
Send the completed DHB ENROL Application via e-mail to the Education Service Desk service.desk@education.govt.nz.
The Training Services team will contact you about being trained in the ENROL system.
You must be trained before you can use ENROL.
Once this online training is completed the Education Service Desk will give you ENROL DHB access via your own Education Sector Logon (ESL) user account.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Education Service Desk regarding your ESL user account being granted ENROL DHB access.
Attendance Service staff request access to ENROL
To get access to ENROL for an Attendance Service staff member contact the Education Service desk via the support section of this site.
They will provide you with an ENROL Attendance Service Request Form for ENROL Access.
Send the completed form via post or e-mail to the Education Service Desk.
The Training Services Team will contact you about being trained on the ENROL system.
You must be trained before you can use ENROL.
Once this online training is completed the Education Service Desk will give you ENROL ASA Read Only access via your own Education Sector Logon (ESL) user account.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Education Service Desk regarding your ESL user account being granted ENROL ASA Read Only access.
Ministry of Education staff request access to ENROL
To get access to ENROL for a Ministry of Education staff member go to Te Tāhuhu and access the Education Service Desk portal.
Select Log a Request.
Select Access Modify or Delete Business Apps.
Select Request.
Fill in the mandatory user fields.
Under the heading Early Learning and Student Achievement: select 'Access to' in the drop-down box.
ENROL will be listed here now, select the box for either Read Only Access; Read/Write Access or Special Education access.
Enter your Date of Birth and Gender.
When you have completed the form select Submit at the bottom of the form.
Access type 1: ENROL Read Only Access (for MoE Staff)
If your request receives Business Owner approval the Education Service Desk will grant you ENROL MoE Read Only access via your own Education Sector Logon (ESL) user account.
The Training Services Team will contact you about being trained on the ENROL system.
You must be trained before you can use ENROL.
Once this online training is completed the Education Service Desk will give you ENROL MoE Read Only access via your own Education Sector Logon (ESL) user account.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Education Service Desk regarding your ESL user account being granted ENROL MoE Read Only access.
Access type 2: ENROL Read and Write Access (for MoE Staff)
If your request receives Business Owner approval the Education Service Desk will grant you ENROL MoE Read and Write access via your own Education Sector Logon (ESL) user account.
The Training Services Team will contact you about being trained on the ENROL system.
You must be trained before you can use ENROL.
Once this online training is completed the Education Service Desk will grant you ENROL MoE Read and Write access via your own Education Sector Logon (ESL) user account.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Education Service Desk regarding your ESL user account being granted ENROL MoE Read and Write access.
