Any changes to your personal details must be made through your Delegated Authoriser or the Education Service Desk.

You may update the following account details yourself:

• Title
• Preferred name
• Email address
• Phone number

Edit my security questions

Note that no security question responses can:

1. have the same answer

2. be less than three letters.

   

Change my passphrase

You can change your passphrase at any time with the Self Service feature.
